February 2023- Wellness Challenge!
Want motivation to stay fit? Take up this wellness challenge with me!
So I have been writing newsletters for two years now! Wow!
It makes me happier than anything else when I receive love messages from YOU ALL, the readers, via my social media or even direct emails.
But more than anything, I want to ensure that the information shared in these newsletters becomes your lifestyle. Or, at least, an attempt in the right direction.
Thus, based on the recommendation from a few of you, I have decided to make this a little challenging :)
For the month of February (also my birthday month, Yay!), here will be the format of the newsletters:
Monday’s: Recipe day! I will share some of my favorite healthy recipes for you to try.
Wednesday’s: We will take up one lifestyle challenges to practice for the rest of the week. Just one small tweak in our lifestyle.
Friday’s: We will discuss why this lifestyle change is important and even discuss some science behind the same.
Now, if there is a challenge, there has got to be a reward!
So as long as you follow the lifestyle change all week and at least try one of my recipes per week, you stand a chance to win a free consultation call with me :)
I will randomly select three people for a one-time free consultation to be done in March.
