Health tips for busy women.
This newsletter is dedicated to all the ladies out there who never have time for themselves.
We've been taught since childhood that health is prosperity. However, many working women's health is jeopardized as a result of workplace stress or the continual struggle to manage and maintain a balance between home and office responsibilities.
For most working women, their emotional and physical health is compromised as a result of their numerous responsibilities.
There have also been studies that demonstrate that exercise helps to alleviate depression symptoms by producing serotonin, which is known as the happy hormone.
But are there practice steps you can take to make your life easier? Let’s discuss a few…
Make fitness a family thing: Many of my clients have found this tip to be a great success. This could mean anything from exploring a hike trail with your partner and children over the weekend or doing a 15 min Zumba time a few times a week with your children.
Simple move more if you dont have time for a structured fitness routine: Consider doing 5 jumping jacks every time you pick up your phone for Facebook or Instagram. Although it may appear goofy, it may help you break free from meaningless social media browsing and free up a lot more time for 'personal exercise time.'
Divide your fitness sessions into smaller bits that you can fit into your schedule. A forty-minute workout, for example, can be divided into two 20-minute sessions or even four 10-minute sessions. Keep a checklist of these small sessions of either planned exercises or short walks on your phone.
Have one day for grocery shopping: If there is healthy food in your pantry, you are more likely to eat it. Maybe even automise it. Places like Farmizen in Bangalore allow for subscription models. This means, a fresh vegetable and fruit basket will be sent home to you once a week. You do not have to worry about running out of veggies and fruits ever.
Hire an expert! People are so hesitant while outsourcing fitness to an expert who will come home or online to train you daily. This keeps you motivated and accountable. Plus it is safer, considering your postures will be corrected. Maybe even hire a person to come and make you play games like badminton. There are apps like PlayO that makes this easier.
Overall else, keep in mind that you must be accountable to yourself. In today's society, when we are all accountable for ourselves, taking some time for oneself is more than necessary. So, with these impressive sustainable recommendations, take little steps toward a healthier existence.
