Podcasts are an excellent approach to explore new topics, expand your mind, and broaden your knowledge in a latent mode.
My favourite thing lately is to take my dog on long walks while listening to a podcast. I love this way of consuming knowledge while multi- tasking and highly recommend everyone to do so.
When it comes to health and nutrition, there is so much out there that it can get intimidating. You may find a selection of high-quality podcasts ranging from celebrity-hosted entertainment shows to thought-provoking moral debates.
But I have hand- picked my top favourite and I suggest you give them a try too. So let’s dive in:

As a consequence, the Plant Proof Podcast serves as a platform for thought-provoking talks with industry professionals, certified experts, sportspeople, and anybody with intriguing stories to help people become more conscious to build healthier and more responsible practices.

It covers not only incredible transformation tales from plant-based diets, but also scientific research that back up the claims made by various experts in the field.
The Exam Room podcast also takes up questions from the audience and covers various topics from hair health to disease management.

The host of the podcast, Shoshana Ungerleider, MD, is a practicing internal medicine physician at Crossover Health in San Francisco. TED Talk Health covers a wide range of topics, including eating and healthy daily routines, food, exercise, new medical advancements, and other physical and mental health issues.

In the plant based and vegan communities, the Rich Roll podcast is quite popular. Rich Roll, the show's host and a vegan ultra-athlete, digs into all things wellness with some of the brightest and most forward-thinking thinkers in the realms of health, nutrition, fitness, entertainment, art, and spirituality every week.
The podcasts feature interviews with some of the most inspiring vegans, including Navy Seal David Goggins, ultra-runner Fiona Oakes, Dr. Michael Greger, and others.
