Welcome to the 21 Day Vegan Challenge!
I cannot be more excited to have you on board and start experiencing the benefits of a plant- based diet.
If you are not sure what a plant- based (vegan) diet is, read this first. To know why I say a big NO to dairy, read this.
Through this challenge, we will have three live sessions (via zoom), going over recipes, sharing knowledge and giving you a chance to ask questions.
Besides that, I will be sharing daily meal plan’s with you to help you stay on track. But wait, we have more. Aside from the meal plan’s, grocery list’s will also be shared with you, making things as simple and easy as possible to follow along.
But why should you try a plant- based diet?
No more calorie counting: It’s true! Plant- based diet’s are bulkier in volume and yet not dense in calories. So no portion control or calories counting, but you still get a slimmer waistline.
Starch based comfort food fill up your plate: No more pushing the rice, potatoes and pasta away. Starches are actually healing and we will talk more about this in our live sessions.
Say goodbye to fluctuating glucose levels: I am not talking about reversing pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes alone, but also obesity due to glucose intolerance.
No more menstrual cramping and mood swings: PMS symptoms should be minimal to none for a healthy body. You will experientially see how you do not have to struggle every month with pain and mood swings.
Boost in energy levels through improved gut health: Are you poop-ing everyday? Do you struggle with acidity or constipation? Your diet could be the reason. The gut friendly prebiotic bacteria in your stomach need fibre to thrive. Fibre is only found in plants!.
The best part is that you do not have to wait for months to see the effects of a plant- based diet on your body. In a matter of weeks you will see your body responding and your gut thanking you.
Some motivation…
At the age of 23 I had severe joint pain’s that I classified as ‘normal for someone lifting heavy weight at the gym’. Sure enough I was deadlifting a 110 kilo’s, but still obese and unhealthy. I took up one of these 21 day vegan challenge and was surprised to see my joint pains vanish in as little as two weeks! I did not even know how it felt to be pain free till then. Not only did I lose a lot of weight, but also improved my acne and hair.
Since then, I have worked with thousands of clients across the globe, helping them reverse diabetes, reduce cholesterol, reverse hypertension and even get of medication for Thyroid and PCOS. You probably have been pushed to join this challenge by one of my clients, but trust me, within a few weeks, you will be thanking them for pushing you.

Ok i’m in. How do we get started?
Through these 21 day’s, you will receive a total of 10 email’s from me.
The mail’s will have your meal plan and grocery list for two days (we eat the same thing for two day’s, saving you some cooking time), but also have a tid- bid of vegan nutrition and/ or vegan fitness information for you to read through and educate yourself. I promise to keep the read below 7 minutes. This will empower you to make sustainable choices even after the challenge.
We will cover everything from supplements/ food choices and lifestyle changes through these mails.
The first mail will be in your inbox on the 8th of Jan, giving you three days to source your groceries. Post that, you will receive mails two days before change in recipes, giving you enough time to prepare everything.
You can mix and match recipes or come up with your own. That is the beauty of a plant- based diet, its so dense in micronutrients and minerals, that as long as you eat enough, you rarely have to think about getting enough vitamins in.
