Have you heard about EFT’s?
Also known as tapping or the Emotional Freedom Technique, this technique is another alternative treatment form to relieve emotional or physical pain.
EFT is based on the following principle:
"The cause of all negative emotions and beliefs is a disturbance in our body's energy system."
It is very similar to acupuncture, focusing on ‘energy points’ in the body, except, you can do this from the comfort of your home and without the need of an expert. I will leave a video for you to understand more:

Like other mindful techniques, EFT also works on you only as long as you are invested into and trust the process.
Is there scientific data to prove its effectiveness?
Over 100 studies prove its effectiveness in physical and mental wellbeing. Considering it doesn’t take longer than a few minutes of your day, I would suggest including it in your daily routine if you do not practice any other mindful practices.
Who should not try this?
If you are on anti-psychotics or taking any other drugs to balance hormones, I would consider talking to your physician before trying the above.
